Hey guys, I just thought I'd give you some updates on what's going on with us in the Titans. We have a NAP with you until the 9th of August and then apparently there is already a DRA in place for when the NAP expires. I just wanted you to know that Xin and I have taken over diplomacy for Titans, so if you have any issues or requests please take them through either him or I

anyway, yea there is a DRA till 00:00 game time on 9th august. That is 00:00 between 9th and 10th.

after that the DRA is 20:1


no massing, no planet thefts, no descentions. not sure on the details when it comes to raiding though.

After the NAP is over, there will be a permanent DRA between Titans and Tziki's alliance.

-ratio 20:1
-no planet steal, no massing, no descending, no raiding, etc etc
- war settings to be removed ofc

the war settings part wasnt part of the deal, guess that was just added in on your part to keep things civil, sa for raiding not sure about that either since it would have to fit in with profitable hits etc but i guess the ratio would apply to the UU gained compared to def.

As far as Titans was concerned, we have a full NAP until the 9th of august and then an open ended DRA. Are you looking to re negotiate that? because as of this moment our members have been told they are unallowed to be in your logs at all. If you are not on the same page as us, then we have an issue.

but the DRA aspect of it afterwards, the war setting clause wasnt put in there when we discussed it. but then a war setting doesnt really mean anything other than marking for farming on a list. so cant see that being a major issue.


the only thing we need to think about is raiding. because if someone has a 1t def and 20m UU. im taking it

You need to come discuss this with me in Skype, as raiding someone with a defence would mass that defence as you took the resources, and we would consider the massing of a defence to be an act of war. This part of the agreement won't matter until August 9th anyways, but I would like to have it firm and set in stone before the DRA comes into effect. I don't like the idea of massings though, going either way, that really does nothing to keep tensions down.
